Ano po ba gagawin after ko malaman na favor po sa akin yun decision ng fiscal? At nag file po ng motion yun respondent sa kinaso ko Sabi po sa akin sa prosecutor's offce.pero wala pa po nadating sa akin na letter..ok lang po ba humingi ng copy ng motion sa prosecutor's office? Ano po ba dapat ko Gawin? Thank you po sa sasagot...sana may sumagot..

oo naman! approach mo ang Fiscal at hingi ka ng copy ng motion ng kabilang party. Minsan talaga matagal ang process depende sa kaso yan!

Thank you po sa inyong reply..ano po sunod ko gagawin pag nareceive ko na po ang motion?ang motion po nya be reversed and set aside....and prayerpo niya ay inhibition of the prosecutor x from reviewing this investigation...ano po ibig sabihin? Sana po masgot niyo lahat ng tanong ko.thank you po
