Arresto Menor

Situation: 1.  Currently pregnant mother wants her baby to be give up for adoption.
              2.  She is separated to her husband. Ayaw ng lalaking ( husband ) na tanggapin and baby na kanya kasi hindi raw sa kanya ang bata.
             
Paano po ba ang legal na paaran sa pag aampon?  The mother is not related sa person na balak mag ampon.

Dadaan pa yan sila sa DSWD para legal ang process at susuriin kung entitled ba ang mga taong aampon. Hindi sya pwedeng basta na lang mag appoint kung sino ang aampon sa bata! Kailangan protektahan yan dahil mas mabuti na yung hindi kilala ang aampon para maiwasan ang bawian later on kaya ganyan ang sistema nila.
