ask ko lang po kung anong rights ko as a father if i want to bring my children here abroad.
i have 2 children(illegitimate- as we are not married with their mother) by i have signed the affidavit of acknowledgment on their Birth certificates.
what are the requirements po ba incase mag aaply ako ng passport at dalhin ko sila abroad? I mean kelangan ba ang presence ng mother if hindi naman namin alam kung asan sya.
as per requirements po kasi s dfa website need ng presence ng mother kapag mag aaply ng passport at bibiyahe palabas ng bansa for illegitimate children.
need din daw ng SPA from the mother.
bottom line, paano kung wala kaming info kung asan ang mother. possible ba na makapag apply ng passport at makapagtravel ang mga bata accompanied by their auntie?
