Hi. My friend po ako n nurse who resigned from a hospital. Nagfile cia ng resignation last Aug 3 and that will be effective on Aug 31. He mentioned s hr ng hospital n bka di nya mtapos ang Aug 31 and they said its okay. He started on his new job last Aug 12. Ngaun, bumalik po cia s hospital for clearance. At sabi dun, awol daw status nya at di n nya mkukuha backpay nya, cash bond at sahod s mga araw n pinasok nya. Tama po b ito? O my habol p cia s mga perang pinaghirapan nmn nya?

meron naman sya habol pero mas matatagalan dahil hindi sya nag comply ng 30-day notice.
