I've been employed in Vantage Consulting & Solutions Inc. for 1year and

8months as of August 3, 2014. I filed a one month notice on date July 17,

2014 and will resign on Aug. 17, 2014. My supervisor received my resignation

letter and signed it and also i submitted a resignation address to HR. Now

its Aug. 13, 2014 i requested for a Certificate of Employment for my exit in

the company, where i have a contract for 2years but HR said they are begging

me not to resign to the company because i will be damaging the ties and

mababangga daw ung Contract..i also talked to the HR to give me the copy of

my contract that i signed and to be reviewed by legal counsel..but

unfortunately they say i will be paying charges of what is written to the

contract and consequences..i also told them na i will pay whatever charges

they charge to me, so to be sure they'll give me my contract..

1. What can i do if they give me the copy of my contract which i signed,

pero hindi naman nila pirmado..?

2. My reason for resignation is personal and i want growth for myself and

for me im too smart for the position entitled to me.. and i'm not happy

working with the company anymore.

post the text of the point regarding "mababangga ang contract" and "damaging the ties"

they approved the resignation so they cannot just retract or disapprove it.

yes mababanga ung contract that im locked in for 2yrs and now i'm resigning with only 1y and 8m in service.

My supervisor approve my resignation but not the HR cause they're begging me to finish my contract...

That's why in my part

1. What can i do if they give me the copy of my contract which i signed, pero hindi naman nila pirmado..?

because a contract must be signed by two parties dba?

your stay in the company, along with your signature, is consent of the contract, even if they didn't sign it.

I give them a one month notice and i will exit on Aug 17,2014..

i have no intention to go to work on Aug 18, 2014 since i resigned..still i i'm requesting a COE from the company. do they have a rights not to issue a COE for me?

do i have the right to complain that they are not paying overtime?
