last february 17, 2014, our co-employees was terminated because of the work transition to india, and got a redundancy package, we the 8 remaining employees was promise to give the same redundancy packages within six months period notice from DOLE, but now two days before the due date, our company want to cancel it, is it legal? what advice can you give to us in able to get our redundancy package, hoping for your reply, thank you very much, godbless
