Arresto Menor

I have researched about concubinages and adultery. A concubine can only be penalized by destierro. Is there any possible law that I can use so I can sue the mistress criminally?

It is unfair because my father is being exploited of his money and presence while we, the legal family, are being deprived of such.

What can I do? Thank you!

Reclusion Temporal

You can sue them both under Republic Act 9262 or the Anti Violence Against Women and Children Act.
