My father died before his parents, When my grandparent died we got the inheritance share of my father. My mother is still alive, we are 4 legitimate children, and my father have 5 illegitimate children. I just want to know what are the legal rights of each one of us on the inheritance of my deceased father. Thank you in advance

if the 5 illegitimate ones are acknowledged by your father then they are entitled half to what a legitimate child will get. they will only be entitled to the share of your father
