Arresto Menor

Nag out po ako ng laptop sa company namin w/o permission of my company. Then nagfile sila ng case laban sa akin, di ko naman ninakaw dhil inilabas ko lang at ibabalik kinabukasan.
Ako po ba ay mgpakakamali?
Pag ako ba ay nakapag pyansa ay di na ako makukulong?
