Hi there, ask ko lang po what magiging basehan kung pwede kng mg sampa ng case about s online libel? Yung ka live in kase ng ex boyfriend ko ginulo ako thru fb, daming sinasabing di nmn totoo, even thru text msgs nangugulo sya. She even called me 10 to 20 times at night kahit ng change nako ng #. My ex boyfriend left when he learn that I was pregnant. Never akong ng demand ng kung ano2x for him. Wala nakong interest p s kanya. Bumalik sya s ex niya at nung nalaman ng girl, ginugulo nako palagi. Pinablotter ko na nga sila. What p kaya pwede gawin pra lng tigilan nako. Thanks

Hi,

the basis for filing a case for on line libel o cybercrime are the postings in the FB, you must down load those embarrasing messages or textual messages. The messages itself are considered as direct evidence of what the law seeks to punish.
