Criminal Case of Qualified Theft was DISMISSED 4 times in City Prosecutor and in DOJ.

Good afternoon po., the criminal case of qualified theft that was filed against me was dismissed, and after that the complainant file a MR, but still denied. And that, the complainant file a petition for review in DOJ, but still their filed petition for review was dismissed again,. Because of the dismissal of their petition for review in DOJ, again they file a motion for reconsideration was filed again in DOJ. After a month I receive the resolution stating that their MR was denied, due to lack of probable cause and lack of merit. And also it was stated in the resolution that, DISMISSED with FINALITY signed by Secretary of Justice. Tanong ko lang po kung ang kaso na ito na nafile sa akin ay tapos na. Dahil as per DOJ resolution is final and executory. Is the case filed against me is over? Ano pa po ba ang puwedeng gawin ng kalaban, since the case filed against me was dismissed 4 times. Sana po ay may sumagot sa aking katanungan. Maraming salamat po.

Kapag umabot na ng 4X di na sila pwede mag appeal ulit! hindi na entertain ng DOJ yan next time ibabasura na yan!
