hello year 2003 ata binili nang nanay ko yung property namen bata pa ako nun then I found out na lang later ngayun lang na yung binili itong lupa na ito eh sa bank papala ito pero sa kanya naka pangalan sa pinag bilhan namen  pero di pa sya fully paid sa bank bali benenta nang may ari nang bahay yung property samen nang fully paid nag bayad kami nang bou then hindi nya hinulog sa bank in the first place di naman pala sa kanya yung lupa na yun kasi hinuhulugan pa nya sa bank then nag lihim sya sa home owners about sa pag bili nang lupa para daw di sya mag bigay nang percent may kasundoan ata d2 mga home owners na may percent

The first thing is where's the Deed of Sale ? and Since 2003 pa pala ito bayad bakit di nyo inasikaso ung title ? Yes it can be ground for estafa since he/she didn't remit the payment to the party in charge.
