Dear all, a pleasant day po sa inyo... Meron lang po ako gustong malaman regarding po dito sa "Conjugal Property Law" I am 35y/o, filipino. Separated na po kmi ng wife ko physically but not legally last 2007 pa po. Since nagkaka edad na po ako, gusto ko po mag buy ng property like house and lot or car or business... Since mejo may katagalan na po kami hiwalay ng wife ko at may pareho na kaming kinakasama.. Maaari na po ba akong maka acquired ng mga assets na nabanggit ko kahit hindi pa po kami annul or legally separated? Matatawag pa rin po ba itong "Conjugal Property" kahit wala po siyang contribution sa mga pinagpaguran ko para mabili ko ang isang bagay na maituturing na akin lamang? Salamat po sa inyong kasagutan...
