Nbi clearance HIT

Hi attny, possible po ba magkaon ng case due to unsettle postpaid line at globe telecom? It was started last April to July I did not receive any bill from globe, then August 2013 my line was cut and temporary suspended, and I receive an email that my bill is already 4k, I did not pay that bill bcoz I was not inform before they cut my line. So I decide to stop using my sim since it was already cut, then I receive a call from law firm I think it is a third party of globe collection agency, asking me pay the total amount of my bill,after receiving their call I discard my sim card but then at home there is a letter from them. Na bayaran ko daw ung 7k, from 4 k to 7k? Sbi ko Bakit ko ba bayaran ung bill eh Hindi ko nmn nagamit, Tumawag Ako sa globe to tell that I am going to pay but not those month n d ko ginamit... Sbi Nila d daw pwede,. Then Nung jan or feb my letter ulit from law collection n cnasabi na nasa court daw ung case ko, and ness ko daw isettle ung 8k plus.. Subrang kaki namn nun ata for the plan 499. By May 29 po release Nung clearance ko, and need ko po un sa new work na inapplyan ko. Magkakaron po b ng problem dahil lang dun?eh terminated n din nmn ung line ko sa globe dahil kaka tawag ko lang ngaun sa globe, and sbi dun d ko n maibabalik ung number ko need ko lang isettle ung 8900 pesos....

My nbi Ako for travel abroad but issue last June 2013, kaya kumuha Ako Nung may 22, un nga HIT ung name ko and it will release by May 29, possible po ba magka problem dahil lang sa postpaid line na ang reason nmn is poor service, and Marami na rin Ako problem before sa line ko Dati pa, mga over charge like internet with out using. Kaka tawag ko lang po sa globe nag inquire Ako sa line ko and it's already terminated. As of now ala pa nmn Ako na re receive na letter or invitation from law collection...

Nag worry lang Ako dahil dun sa last letter Nila na nsa Supreme Court na daw ung case ko, Totoo po ba kaya un? Sabi din po kc nang mga nagwowork sa globe and smart is pangtakot lang daw un, eh Bakit nag ka HIT name ko? Good payer naman Ako sa 2 creditcard ko. So Wala na po Ako maicp na pweding problema sa kin....if Incase po m file sakin galing sa agency ng globe my Laban po ba Ako?eh tin apron ko n ung mga letter Nung agency ang na discard ko na ung sim ko.?
