If a supervisor keeps on asking for your resignation letter, infront of other employees, and you (out of pride) gave out a resignation letter - can you hold that supervisor responsible and can you sue the company for it? FYI: I have been vocal about wanting to resign because I really am having difficulty adjusting with my immediate superior, and the workload itself. My colleagues know about it, but I never really got to a point where I filed an actual resignation until I finally got offended because one time, while having lunch break with my colleagues, our supervisor asked me in front of everyone where my resignation letter is. So the next day, I gave it to him.
Thanks!
