hi po.. i need help with my brothers birth certificate ... he was registered under our fathers surname when he was born. our parents got separated (they werent married) so when he was 4 years old we were re-registered under a different surname (our mothers surname) but my brothers name was totally changed. now we are trying to get a copy of his nso birth certificate but the only name they have on file was the first one registered but he has been using the new name for the whole time. we have a live birth copy with our mothers last name. what should we do coz we need his nso copy with the name he is using now. pls help
