Hi guys just a quick question hope anyone who has a good and kind heart would take a little of your time to answer me 
1.For theft the RTC court decision said- sentences accused to suffer the INDETERMINATE penalty of imprisonment ranging 2YRS, 4 MONTHS, and 1DAY of PRISON CORRECIONAL, as minimum, to 20YRS of reclusion temporal, as maximum. The accused is ordered to pay P370,000 actual damages
My question is:
1. Is it true nasa loob lang ng 2yrs lang siya makukulong? then after 2yrs serving his sentence at pag mabait siya sa loob ng prison sa muntilunpa pede siya mag file ng PAROLE then makakalaya na siya?
How long does he needs to wait for the approval of his parole?
2. Pag nag submit siya ng for review sa COURT OF APPEALS then while the case is on review at may CASH siya or mag SURETY bond sya pede siya maka bail and temporary siya makakalaya right?
Paano kung while on bail sya then while reviewing of his case at sinabi ng CA may probable cause talaga then nagtago ulit siya? sino mag iisue ng warrant of arrest ulit?
3. Paano ma maximize sana yon 20yrs na life sentence niya? any suggestion?
4. He is ordered by the court to pay the complainant 370,000 for actual damages. Pano pag walang pera talaga yon accused as in mahirap lang. Anong option pede ? pede ba magrequest nalang na ma maximize yon sentence niya upto 20yrs since wala siyang pang bayad?
