year 2009 i found out im pregnant, and commited self abortion, but i failed and end up in the hospital, the doctor said to write what ive done at the back of the form i filled up with my info then i signed ,, the doctor told me that i will never get my NBI clearance because they will report what i did, the hospital is fabella .. my question is, is it really true that they reported me, and what i did will appear in my NBI ? is there any incident where someone get prison aborting? and get reported by the hospital?
