Hi!

Just want to ask, can i resign effective immediately from my company? Reason are they are not following our agreement second they still do not have the permit to operate here in the Philippines. thing is i signed the contract indicating 2 months notice to resign, is that effective even if they do not have the permit to operate? I here for almost a month now, if this info will help. Thanks,

No. The issue regarding the permit is not yours to question unless it is in your contract. If you want to deal with that issue then bring the matter to the proper government authority.

What agreement are they not following exactly?

The issue on their permit to operate is a separate matter, and shouldn't be the justification for immediate resignation. Your obligation is to the contract you signed which stated you must give two months' notice.
