Arresto Menor

nangutang po kami  ng 30,000 .. sad to say hindi po namin nabayaran so pina barangay po kmi nung nagpahiram, then all of a sudden ung barangay secretary namin, by the way, wala pong MoA or any written statements na humiram po kmi ng ganung halaga. So as i was saying po, nung nag reklamo na po ung nagpautang samin  sa barangay hall, ang ginawa po ng barangay secretary is to consider it as loan and ginawa po nyang 39,000 .. ano po ba ang dapat kong gawin para ung principal nalang po ang babayaran ko,.. pls help
