Good Morning, I just want to inquire about some details in getting NBI Clearance. My friend is planning to get NBI Clearance but his NSO birth certificate is still on process for correction. In his Uncorrected NSO his last name is from his mother maiden surname.. Is it okay to use his Uncorrected NSO as requirements in getting NBI? and just attached some document as evidence that his NSO is still on process.
Please Give me informational advice. Thank You! Idea  Smile
