ano po pwedeng mangyari kung nagkaroon ng hit sa application ng nbi clearance at may existing case ang applicant? maari ba syang huliin agad?

hi atty!
question po, may case po sa akin na dismissed na concubinage. tapos tinuloy ng wife ko sa ra 9262. Na-issuehan po ako warrant of arrest pero nag post po ako ng bail.
Nagaattend po ako ng hearing 3 beses na at lagi akong nag plead not guilty, pero ang asawa ko po hindi dumarating sa mga hearing.
Wala din po akong lawyer.
On going pa din po ang kaso, may hearing sa jan 17, kaso po aalis ako ng bansa for work this January..pag kumuha po ako ng nbi clearance may nakalagay na po ba duon?
also sir ano po ang magandang gawin sa kaso namin, kasi may support naman po ako sa kanila ng mga anak namin.ang hirap po kasi niya kausap, parang lage tinotopak, minsan okay siya kausap, friends na lang kami ok lang daw, tas pag tinopak kung ano ano na naman ang gagawin.
para kasing nangiipit lang siya atty..
advise naman po.

the best way to find out is to apply for the nbi clearance. bring a copy of the order that you filed bail.

the best defense is to prove that her allegations are false. if she is not attending the hearings, then your pao lawyer can move for dismissal of the case.
