Hi ng resign po aq s company at di q nsunod yung proper procedure n 30 days at ayaw I release ng company yung cash bond q may mga I ar daw s kin ayaw q n sana maghabol pero iniipit nman nila u cash bond q ubra ko po b habulin u mga ot q n walang pay ng work po aq for 4 yrs almost 12 hrs a day office staff po aq under accounting dept. May karapatan po b q mg demand ng pay para s ot tnx po

dapat dati ka pa nag claim ng OT. at kung ngayon ka mag file, dapat mapatunayan mo na nag OT ka.

tama lang na kung hindi ka sumunod sa proper procedure, matatagalan pa bago mo makuha ang mga dapat para sa iyo, bawas pa ang mga utang mo kung meron man.
