yung uniform and medical is charge po sa sahod ko.. di po nila kinalatas sa unang sahod ko tapos sa sumunod na cut off may pinasok ako na 5days nung ika5thday nagresign po ako at the next day di na po ako pumasok at INAWOL na ako ng Manager ko dahil may schedule pa ako at pinapapasok pa. since awol na po ako di ko na mkukuha yung 5days na pinasok ko dun na po ba ikakaltas yung charge na uniform and medical exam sa remaining na 5days na pinasok ko? nacompute ko po at maliit lang nman yung total ng charge ko.

may utang ba po ba ako sa company kung ganun?

di nman po sila tumawag o nagpadala ng letter sa akin almost 3mos na po nakakalipas di na ako tumawag dahil na rin sa nahiya ako sa ginawa ko na pagAWOL pinagsisihan ko po pero nandun na di ko na mababawi.


Sobrang nahirapan na ako sa work, schedule, Location at nagkakasakit na ako kaya di na ako nakapasok after magresign minimum rate nman po yung sahod ko dun.
