Philandering husband not sharing rental income

Good evening po..
I allowed my husband to be in-charge of our rental income business for 13 years since he opted not to work anymore at that time and i was then still employed. He took care of our household utility expenses since then. But now that i am no longer employed, do i have the right to get/demand a share from the monthly rental income, knowing that part of the rental income is being spent for in going out with his "kerida"? How do i go about collecting my share? Should i ask each and every tenant for their payment contracts so i will know how much is being collected from them on a monthly basis? I have no idea as to who is renting and how much he/she pays for the rent, as we (my husband and I) are not on speaking terms due to his philandering ways and he evades topics concerning his extra marital affairs and refuses in accepting having one when confronted.
