slight physical injury

good day attorney, i just want to seek an advice regarding dun s incident ng slight physical injury n inireklamo s tito at pinsan ko na dahil sa pag awat namin s kanila pati kami isinama s reklamo ng physical injury. although wala pang kaso n naisasampa sa court pero ung kabilang party nagpa plano magdemanda. maliit lang po na bagay ang pinagmulan. so ang una pong umatak is ung tito ko na 68yrs old. binatukan nya ung anak ng kapitbahay namin na 19yrs old, so gumanti ung boy itinulak ung tito ko, so nakita ng pinsan ko so ang sinapak nya is yung mother nung boy. so kami umawat kami ng father ko. and then un nag reklamo ng physical injury kahit isang pasa at batok lang ang nakuha nila.. and the thing is isinama kami s reklamo for physical injury.

i just wanna ask po kung malakas ang laban nila against sa amin na umawat lang s pisikalan. can a 68yrs old guy be jailed dahil s pambabatok ng tito ko at makukulong ba ang pinsan ko dahil sa pananapak?

while you say umawat lang kayo, the other side may be saying otherwise and will include you as assailants. what is important now is evidence. try to get witnesses to write their accounts. and if you have injuries, document them with medico-legal certificates.

pero sir do you think malakas ang kaso nung kabila dahil simpleng batok? and ung pagsapak nman dun sa nanay? wla nman silang naipakitang medical certificate. my sinasabi pa xang attempted murder or frustrated murder daw. eh ung tito ko hndi na ganun kalakas para makapatay ng tao.nung binatukan ng tito ko ung boy gumanti ung boy and tinulak nya tito ko na napahiga nman kasi matanda n nga. and ung s case namin as in awat lang po ang ginawa namin para mawala ung tension. aminado po ung mother na umawat lang kami at ang itinuro nya lang na nanakit is ung pinsan ko at tito ko. malakas po ba ang case nila against sa amin?
