masyadong delay sa fiscals office RA 9262

my counsel filed my affidavit at the office of the prosecutor aug 13, 2013  for the filing of crime under RA 9262. my husband filed a counter affidavit  and all these happend in a matter of one month and a half. When we received his counter affidavit , my counsel made  a reply and i sworn in the office of the prosecutor and that was just more than a week after we received his counter affidavit. After that, wala na akong natanggap na kung ano pa galing sa office of the prosecutor. In fact, wala pang nakapasok na habla agts. my husband because wala pa akong natatanggap na  communication. Bakit  ganon? May kakilala ang husband ko at biyenan ko sa opisinang yon. I had the doubts that my case is being dragged sa ilalim or pinaiilaliman na lang. sobra na po ang delay. san ko pwdeng ireklamo ang ganitong situation.
Sobra na. double jeopardy na ako dito. Naapi na nga ng asawa, mawawalan pa yata ng justice ang kaso ko. Help
me in my predicament. 6 mos. na at wala pang nangyayari. ako na nga ang naapi madedeny pa ng justice because of delay. help hel help pls
