I've got a Moot Court problem here, and I'm not a Law student, just a Psychology major with a Political Science class. I'm just gonna state the first part of the problem: In 2011, the NBI got a tip from a private concerned citizen about a shabu laboratory in Lapu-Lapu, province of Cebu. Few days thereafter, NBI started surveillance in the alleged Shabu laboratory WITHOUT court order.
Now I'm on the Comission of Human Rights and we argue that the surveillance without court order violates Sec 3 Art 3 (Bill of Rights) Right to Privacy. Is this correct? Did it really violate the Right to Privacy?
