It started with this.

IF legally married yung father and mother mo, your mother, ikaw or perhaps your have brothers or sisters WERE all compulsory heirs. Not your mother alone.

If They were not married, ikaw or if you have brothers or sisters, WERE only the compulsory heirs, exclude your mother.

Pagdating naman sa sharing, the estate of your father will be distributed in accordance with intestate succession (without will), However, at this point, we cannot ascertain the exact distribution kasi nga baka may brothers or sisters kapa.

Sir/Ma'am.
Good Day! I'd like to inquire about the selling of raw land owned by my deceased parents. I know we have the right to sell it. The certificate of title stated that my my mother owns the property followed by the words that she is married to my father. Can we sell it just by issuing deed of sale ?
or we have other options? we have no enough funds to shoulder the expenses of transferring the title into my name.I have 3 siblings who are decided to sell the property. Thank you
