Arresto Menor

A friend of mine had a fling with a guy. A few months later, this guy showed my friend a picture of her naked, which was taken from a video that the guy had taken.

My friend was not aware that the guy had videotaped their encounter. She has screenshots of their skype messages where the guy is threatening to upload the said video.

Are screenshots enough to file a case against the guy? If so, what will be the case?
