Arresto Menor

November 2008,in just 2 days nafullypaid ng mother ko yung binili nyang lupa sa lipa batangas. Ahente yung kapatid nya. Ang problema namin 2014 na wala pa rin yung title lagi sinasabi sa opisina e may problema pa daw sa gobyerno? Kaya hindi pa mabigyan ng title ung mga lupain doon. Last year mga september nagpunta uli ako dun,ganun pa rin yung sinabi nila. Tapos may katibayan lang na ibinigay printed lang na may kasamang pirma nung pinaka mataas s opisina. Ang nakakapagtaka pa yung unang naipeint nila mali yung address. Instead na phase-C, phase-A ang nilagay nila.

Anu po ba ang mga tamang itanung sa opisina nila? Diba dapat po bago nila ibenta ang mga property dun ay nkaayos na ang mga title nun. Hindi po kung kelan may nakabili na saka palang po nila sinasabi na may problema daw po sa gobyerno?
