The situation was a girl and a guy made a sworn statement to a lawyer stating that they are already together for consecutive five years even if it wasn't true in ordet for them to be exempt in acquiring marriage license.I was a third party. Can i sue them perjury? What evidence would suffice for the said case?If i win what are the charges they could get?

perjury is when you LIE in court. so definitely not perjury.

File Something else.

You also have to get the document where they both said they lived together as husband and wife for five years.

If I can have the said document stating that they had sworn that they are already living for consecutive five years, what case can i sue them?

what about falsification?it that was the case, in your opinion, how long will it takes for the case to have a desicion.and what would be the evidence aside from the document that both bears their signature?.
