ATty. Our directres asked us, Group of Techers to file our resignation voluntarily this feb 4, 2014 . stating that it will be effective  march 31, 2014, though the issue is our signed contrct will expired on march 31, 0214.. do we need to pass resignation or not? and our employer didnt give us any copy of the contract.

and for the separation pay pay are we entitled to have uit..?

That's not voluntary if it's forced.

If the contract expires end of March then there is no need to do anything but let it run out.

Or if the management wants, they can send you a letter confirming the EOC.
