I have a problem getting a mayor's permit.
May aunt owns the property where I am suppose to start my business. I have an authorization from my aunt to use part of her land but the problem is that the property tax receipt is still under the name of the previous owner. I have a copy of the transfer certificate of title with me the person I ask during the assessment just stared on the documents I am holding and she said I should get authorization from the one listed on the tax receipt. what am i suppose to do?
