Hi, Just want to ask if I can sell my car with the closed DOS from the previous owner. The ORCR is still under the previous owner's name. Just want to know if I can sell it without transferring the ownership to me. Just like I can create another Closed DOS for my buyer and he can have a photocopy of my DOS from the previous owner?

no, you cannot. you need to transfer the ORCR to your name before you can issue another deed of sale under your name.
