If i texted you with malicious and obscene messages so many times, and you recorded/printed that on paper without my consent and court order. And you communicated the content of it to a third person and use it as evidence to charge with with sexual harassment in the workplace, can i sue you for Anti-wiretapping RA4200 in court?

No. She is the intended recipient of the message so she is not in any way "wiretapping" or "hijacking" the message. Her receiving your text message is in no way an unlawful act.

On the other hands, yours are.
