Hello. Merry Christmas to all. I have a concern to share. Please help. Thanks.
Ours is a case decided already by the Supreme Court with Appeals rejected making the decision final and executory.
Since it involves a lot of money to be paid to the plaintiffs, mortgages to be redeemed, the order to execute the decision has taken time because we need more money to pay them.
Now, the plaintiffs are threatening us regarding Revival of the Case because the Decision has reached five years already.
What are the implications of this revival? What is the worst thing that can happen?
Thanks.
Grace
