Arresto Menor

Our company's CRR general guidelines clearly stated that its provisions shall applied to all employees but our supervisor is always late for an hour and a half in every day. His tardiness is very frequent. His excuses was, he has given privilege to be late. Is his privilege legit? He is also the one imposing disciplines and penalties to us rank and file employees regarding tardiness but when it comes to his tardiness no one seems to impose discipline to him. Is our company rules and regulations only cover on rank and file employees only and not to supervisory position? It seems that he is above our company CRR. Can we complain him to our HR personel? I dont think he has more leeway in his schedule since he is the one doing our schedule and he himself scheduled his own time but do not follow his own scheduled time. He has no reason to be late because his home is very near to our work place and he has his own vehicle.

Our department is very much alike in call center base for managing deliveries and services. Our office is geographically located in a very seldom public transportation and our schedule is during transporation off peak hour. One of our reason for being sometimes late. Some of us residing in a far place.

Because of our tardiness he is always telling this insulting phrase "MAG RESIGN KA NA LANG!" What can we do about it?

Many thanks in advance. Hope to hear from you soon. More power to all of you.
