Ejecment Case gaano katagal ba lumabas ang decision?

Na forclosed na po kasi yung bahay namin ng GSIS. May nakabili na pong iba and hindi naman kami na inform ng GSIS na it will be sold.

Gaano po ba katagal ang ganitong kaso and subject for sheriff ba kami agad or may mga hearing pa ang ganito? Pwede din po ba outside of court na lang kami mag settle if possible pa?

And worst comes to worst, pag na sheriff yung bahay, can we still get our personal things like appliances, damit kotse and motor?

how long has it been since this was foreclosed? didn't you receive the notice of auction? didn't you participate?

if the title was in your name, then you had 1 year to redeem the property from the winner in the auction which was probably the gsis.

you don't have a legal right to ask for payment of the improvements, that is part of the security under the mortgage, and became property of gsis when it won the auction.

Gaano po ba kagatal bago lumabas ang decision for ejectment? Natanngap po namin yung summons nung Tuesday lang and pinasagot agad namin sa Abugado. Magkakaroon pa po ba ng hearing yun?


Pwede po ba namin tanggalin ang mga pwedeng matanggal na home improvements like gate, grills, kubo sa likod ng house and mga cabinets?

he should look into whether the title to the property was annotated with the foreclosure and sheriff's certificate. technically those improvements may already be legally considered the property of gsis or the buyer. good luck.

Sure kaba wala kayong notice? check mo muna then tell the fact to your lawyer he will know what to do with it.

Kasi baka naman may notice na dumating talaga at yung nakatangap sa bahay mo eh nakalimutan lang. BE SURE LANG sa lahat ng sasabihin mo sa abugado mo kasi ibabase nya ang theory ng case mo sa mga ibibigay mong facts.

Pwde nyo i check sa records nung nagpadala ng notices kung sino ang nagreceive ng mga ito in your behalf.

Na auction na yung property namin pero di pa kami nakakareceive ng notice to vacate? wala pa namang nakakabili. 3 years ago pa iyon ng i- auction.

ginawan po ng paraan ng ahente at mismong manager ng bangko ma releasan kami ng malaki. jinack up nila ang value ng property namin. nabalitaan namin yung ibang nagawan nila ng ganun, umalma at nabalitaan naming na nagdemanda. yun po kaya ang dahilan kaya di pa kami tinitinag dahil baka kung magreklamo din kami mabuksan ulit yung issue ng branch manager nila na gumawa ng di maganda?
