depending on the age of the daughter, but my guess is that the dswd will recommend that the child go back to the mom

ang prob sa mom ay hindi financially stable, i gave everything sa anak ko, house, school, lahat ng gamit, gusto lang talaga nya ang mommy nya makasama.. ayaw naman ng anak na sumama sa mommy nya ang gusto maghanap nag ibang work na malapit

edit: possible ba ma charge is wife ng child neglect and emotional abuse? lagi kasi nagsisinungaling, nangangako lagi di naman ginagawa.. lalo tuloy nahihirapan ang bata..
