Hi!

Nag file kasi ako sa company ko ng 2 weeks notice resignation. Supposedly immediate yun kasi due to health reason. Hindi pumayag yung employer ko kasi need daw 30days kahit may medical certificate ako na need ko ng full rest.

Itanong ko sana kung ok lang ba na ihold ako ng company for 30 days kahit may medical certificate ako?

pwede naman 30 days notice tapos mag leave ka na lang kung medical reason naman basta may medical certificate..

thank you po sa pagsagot..may medical certificate naman po ako kaya lang 30 days po yung nirequire skin n rest..ndi naman nila igrant yung 30 days leave kaya po nag decide na ako to resign. Ayos lang po ba yun? thank you.
