Arresto Menor

atty, inaantay po namin ang resolution sa fiscal. Nag submit po ako ng complaint at sinagot ng respondents ng counter affidavit. Tapos sinubmit na for resolution.

Habang inaantay ang resolution, gumagawa po ako ng response duon sa counter affidavit ng mga respondents dahil puro kasinungalingan ang sinulat nila duon.

Maaari ko po ba -isubmit ito even before or after na lumabas ang resolution ng fiscal?
