Arresto Menor

Good pm po, meron pong isang studyante na nag-surrender ng gamit sa akin during intramurals... i placed it together with my things sa isang lamesa, pinaalam ko din po sa bata na doon ko ito ilalagay... ngayon umalis kami sa room na yun para sa parada then pagbalik po namin nawala po yung gamit nya... ano po yung possible liability ko doon? pwede po ba akong mademanda ng dahil doon?
