null and void ba ang marriage kung ang pangalan ng pinakasalan ay d nag eexist sa civil registry?

Good day po Atty!

Ask ko lang po,.. null and void po ba yung marriage namin ng ex-wife ko? kasi yung pangalan at apelyedo na ginagamit nya sa kasal namin ay d pala nakarehistro? nalaman namin eto pareho noong kumuha sya ng Birth Certificate sa NSO, meron syang record pero iba ang pangalan at apelyedo.
Nangyari po kasi eto, dahil... noong isilang sya, lolo at lola nya (sa mother side) ang nagparehistro sa kanya at apelyedo nila ang ginamit. at ng maghiwalay ang papa at mama nya, napunta sya sa lolo at lola nya (sa father side) at sila naman ang nagpabinyag, ibang pangalan ang ibinigay at isinunod sa apelyedo nila, at hanggang lumaki sya at nakapag aral eto na ang ginamit nya at hanggang sa ikasal nga kami.

Pwde ko po ba etong gamitin as ground for declaration of nullity of marriage?

no, that is not a ground for annulment, but your marriage contract can be corrected to reflect her registered name.
