my mom has a warrant of arrest (bp22) i think 3 years na po ung warrant at gusto ko po sanang asikasuhin yung case ng mom ko. ayoko nmn makulong sya. what do i need to do?

panu ko po malalaman kung may warrant pa sya at kung meron anu po ang una kong dapat gawin? thanks:|

atty, may warrant of arrest po ako for bp 22 pero wala po ako narcvd na mga letters prior sa warrant of arrest, yung utang ko po sa kanya ay 30k, ano po dapat ko gawin? pagkakaalam ko po pag below 100k hindi na po dadaan sa court... please enlighten me po thanks po

Pa-check mo sa korte kung totoo ang warrant.

Ano ba ang nangyari - nag issue ka ng check na tumalbog?

opo nakapag issue po ako ng chks, nawalan po ako ng work, dko po nabayaranan, pano ko po iinquire sa court? may matatawagan po kaya ako ng pwede ma inquire kung may pending court case po ako. thanks po

Dadaan ka talaga sa court.

Ang BP22 ay hindi naman tungkol sa hindi pagbayad kundi sa pag-issue ng check na walang pondo.

Tawagan mo ang clerk of court derecho.

pero gusto ko lang po makasigurado, pag sinerve po ba ang warrant of arrest dapat kasama brgy captain o pwede ma po dumerechinyung mga pulis sa bahay ng walang assistance ng brgy?

kapag wala kang natatanggap na warrant walang juisdiction ang court sayo.. ibig sabihin hindi ka bound ..at least not yet..

settle ur debts kc mahirap yan kc bp 22..criminal case yan..pakiusapan mo na lng yung creditor na khit installment basta bayaran mo..

ibig po ba sabihin hindi ka nila basta pwede hulihin sa public if hindi mo pa nare rcvd yung warrant of arrest, tama po ba yun? pwede po ba nila i serve yung warrant if ever sa public place if ever makita ka nila o they need assistance po ng pulis... confused po talaga ako pls help me

Pwede kang hulihin kahit saan basta meron silang dalang warrant na ipapakita sa iyo.

Usually ang pulis ang nagse-serve ng warrant na galing sa korte.

Atty. question po, meron po kasi akong unpaid credit card bill..kunsakali po na kukuha ako ng nbi clearance mag aappear po ba un sa clearance? I've been receiving texts po kasi na nasa prosecutors office na daw po ung case ko. AR 8484 artc.315 daw po and may subpoena na isserve na daw po sa akin. ulitin ko lang po ung question ko, mag rereflect po ba yung sinasabi nilang case sa nbi clearance ko? Thank you.
