motorcycle accident

I met a motorcycle accident last february 2013. im looking for help on filling a civil case. i went to PAO but they said since i work in a call center and my salary is 14k and above i am not qualified. i was advised to send a demand letter. its been a week but theres still no reply from the owner of the vehicle. at first, we're already talking to a representative at the other party and mentioned they will give 50k but the next day they sent a different person saying they will not give anything and they're filling for carnapping since the driver of the vehicle is not their employee however the vehicle was found by the police inside their company's compound. I really need advice. please help.

baka meron po keong pdeng irecommend sken na lawyer na libre.. alam ko pong nagttrabaho ako sa call center pero hindi ibig sbihin na me pambayad talaga ko.. please help po... kung me makukuha naman po ako i will give money.. sana po me magreply saken kung anu pde kong gawin..

wala bang gustong tumulong man lang??? ganito ba talaga ung site nato? pera-pera na lang ba lagi ang usapan dito? nakakadisappoint na talaga.. walang justice.
