I need advise regarding to my employer, I work 7 years already to him, but suddenly the company is being close, reason po kasi ng employer ko nalugi po ito at my pinermahan po ako na nag papatunay na nalugi nga po ito, ,, then after how many days hindi pa po nag bigay ng backpay samin ang employer kko,,, pwede po ba akong mg demanda against my employer?at anu po yung parusa sa kanya nun?
