Good day po. This is my case. Last June 2011, ngsimula na akong magbayad sa Pag-Ibig sa housing loan. So after 2 years, dapat nasa akin na ung name ng title. That's May 2013, pero di pa rin up to now. sabi ng developer, nasa BIR pa raw. Binigyan nila ako ng commitment letter around June or July yata na by September, matransfer na ung title ng house sa name ko. But assuming the situation, parang di nila kaya. ano ang pwede kong gawin kapag di nila nasunod ung commitment letter nila na ibinigay sa akin?

pwede kang gumawa ng letter of complaint sa HLURB para maaksyunan agad ang problema mo.
wala ka namang babayaran duon at pwede mo malaman ang pwede mong ipenalty sa kanila o develpoer.
