Arresto Menor

Sir good afternoon po, hingi po ako ng advice regarding sa ginawang deduction ng bank na pinagkunan ko ng car loan. Yung ibinayad ko po na 2 months monthly amortization na dapat eh para sa car w/c is 22k eh kinuha yung 15k para sa car insurance na according sa kanila yun ang dapat kung unahin kaya nagka gulo gulo yung payment ko na dati naman pwedeng partial payment lang ang insurance. Ngayon po nagka patong patong yung payment ko at now iforward daw nila ako sa legal for action. Ano po gagawin ko pwede ba silang kasuhan?
