Arresto Menor

More power, Maraming Salamat po.

Are there any values of his in the Philippines or are all in England?

I GUESS for values in England they will follow English law (and Philippine law for values in the Philippines.)

You don't need to be in England, but try to make sure the testament executor KNOW you excist, you are his child and how to contact you. Including proof of you are his child, if it's questioned.

I didn't understood partly what you wrote. Did your father had a wife/live together partner when he died?
If so she has right to get a part and you have right to get a part. You father can ADJUST the shares each get, but he CAN'T reduce any of yours share to zero. (I believe minimum half of what you have got if there wasn't any testament.) But NOTE! In my European country homes where there isn't much extra value than for common living, then it's common a widow get right to keep the home unsplited until she dies too, and THEN get the child his inheritance, but I don't know if England has similar law.
