Magandang araw po.
gusto ko lamang po humingi ng advice tungkol sa mga naiwan na pagmamay ari ng aking ama. Sya po ay isang British national . Sa kasamaang palad po ay nakatanggap po kami ng email galing sa kanyang Auntie at kapatid na pumanaw ang aking ama nung nakaraang linggo August 25. Matagal na po niya sinasabi sa amin na gumawa na siya ng Last will and testament, subalit ngayon ay nagtataka kami nang biglang sabihin ng kanyang Auntie sa amin na hindi daw nito napirmahan ang kanyang huling testamento. ako po ay nagiisa niyang anak at nakapangalan sa kanya Filipino Citizen at nandito po ako sa Pilipinas. Hindi naman po kami makapunta sa London dahil sa kakapusan sa pera. May mahahabol pa po ba ako sa naiwan nya?

You don't need to be in England, but try to make sure the testament executor KNOW you excist, you are his child and how to contact you. Including proof of you are his child, if it's questioned.

I didn't understood partly what you wrote. Did your father had a wife/live together partner when he died?
If so she has right to get a part and you have right to get a part. You father can ADJUST the shares each get, but he CAN'T reduce any of yours share to zero. (I believe minimum half of what you have got if there wasn't any testament.) But NOTE! In my European country homes where there isn't much extra value than for common living, then it's common a widow get right to keep the home unsplited until she dies too, and THEN get the child his inheritance, but I don't know if England has similar law.
